the family room was a great size, there was a double bed plus three full-size singles for the kids! an en-suite bathroom was a huge plus. we even had a sea view from all the beds! the staff were super friendly, helpful, and really easy to talk to.
the bar area could have had more variety.

the staff was friendly and accommodating upon arrival. the gentleman at reception provided helpful information about local attractions. the room was ready and clean upon arrival, which i appreciated. i found the onsite car park especially convenient, it saved me time and hassle.

The room had a tv, i found it helpful for entertainment. the room featured a desk and dressing table. These provided adequate space for personal items. the sea view from the beautiful double room added some enjoyment to my stay.

The reception staff was polite and cute. lane, the staff member, offered assistance with my luggage. he provided recommendations for local restaurants. i did appreciate that.

the location is near the seafront. it is close to north pier as well. it is suitable for visiting local attractions. the hotel is not in the very heart of town, it is close enough for a short walk.

Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. the hotel has a kitchen. it doesn't serve food. i did see some beer pumps but they weren't working, so drinking a cold pint was not an option.
